Kim Carson-Welton
Kim is a Yakima native who has been in the exercise/fitness industry since her early 20’s. She began her career as an exercise instructor for a local health club. For the past seventeen years she has worked as a Physical Therapy aide, ten of those years specifically helping to treat women with some sort of pelvic floor dysfunction. Kim has attended and completed multiple continuing education courses, including my CPT, (Certified Personal Trainer). Kim has been active all her life, enjoying running and skiing in the past, now hiking, snowshoeing and yoga. She also loves to read and enjoys spending time with all the special people in her life. Kim wants to show women of all ages that they can become stronger and more stable in a safe and fun environment. She can teach them through specific exercises and breath, that they can overcome certain roadblocks in their lives. Dr. Kirsten Clarke-Hollingbery

Kirsten has worked in the Yakima Valley since 2012 treating Orthopedic and Women’s Health Physical Therapy conditions. She treats conditions such as diastasis recti, hip pain, lower back pain, thoracic pain/postural dysfunction, urinary and bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, postpartum conditions and prenatal care. She utilizes a total body and functional approach combined with manual therapy techniques. Kirsten has a passion for running and enjoys educating patients on how to safely return to running and fitness postpartum or after recovering from any injury. Dr. Angela Houser
Angela has been a physical therapist since 2013 graduating from Loma Linda University with her Doctorate in physical therapy. She treats women’s health, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions.
These include pre/post natal care, C-section recovery, diastasis recti, urinary incontinence, tailbone and SI pain. She also treats all orthopedic conditions related to the neck, shoulder, thoracic, lumbar, hip, knee, and ankle.
Angela has extensive experience in post-op orthopedic care as well as treating vestibular, balance related disorders, and concussions.

Dr. Katie Huibregtse PT, DPT, FAFS, CSCS
Katie is a Yakima native who has been practicing physical therapy in the Yakima Valley since 2011. The majority of her career has been in the outpatient orthopedic setting, but also has experience with complex pediatric diagnoses. Katie was a Division I collegiate athlete, competing in both cross country and track and field throughout her undergraduate studies while earning a Bachelors in Nutritional Sciences. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. She has since become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. Katie is a sub 3 hour marathoner, and has won many road and trail races over the past decade. She enjoys and is energized by getting to work with athletes of all levels. She can guide patients with proper exercises, manual therapy techniques, and nutritional advice to help each individual achieve the goals they have set. Becky went to Chapman University where she got her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She completed a 6-month fellowship training as a Pelvic Health Specialist.
